Responsibilities
- Correlation One is hiring Embedded AI Solutions Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative at a Fortune 500 Company. Consultants will be embedded within the client’s team to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflow solutions (agents and copilots) across HR and business processes.
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Consultants will translate business needs into working AI solutions, rapidly prototype and iterate, and support internal teams in adopting and scaling these capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, agents, or copilots
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms
- Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Experience integrating with APIs and working with structured/unstructured data
- Strong prompt engineering and workflow design capabilities.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions.
- Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on AI-driven solutions.
- Strong judgment on tradeoffs between speed, complexity, and usability.
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders (including senior leaders).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-relevant terms.
- Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or cross-functional teams preferred.
- Highly autonomous and self-directed.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
- Pragmatic and outcome-oriented (focus on usable solutions, not over-engineering).
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with security, compliance, and data constraints.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
- Background in workflow/process redesign or operations transformation.
