About the role
- Project Manager responsible for overseeing publication processes for CSA Public Policy Centre. Involves collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus de publication et être responsable de l'intégrité du processus de développement.
- Collaborer avec des équipes internes et externes sur le statut des projets et des livrables.
- Préparer des rapports d'état d'avancement et des mises à jour pour la direction et les parties prenantes.
- Identifier les axes d'amélioration des processus de travail et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration.
Requirements
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en commerce, communication, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projet et la supervision de la production de contenu, des processus éditoriaux et/ou de la publication de rapports.
- Solides compétences en matière de planification, d'organisation et de hiérarchisation des priorités.
- Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs priorités et échéances.
- Compétences interpersonnelles solides et capacité à travailler avec des personnes de tous niveaux.
- Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel, PowerPoint et de gestion de projet.
- Excellentes compétences en communication (orale, écrite et en présentation).
