Responsibilities
Drive the successful rollout and adoption of our platform across enterprise clients.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, optimising onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless implementation of product deliverables.
Enhance the customer journey and mitigate project risk to elevate enterprise satisfaction and retention.
Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Asana, Productboard, Jira, …) to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
Understand cloud-based technologies and SaaS products to effectively oversee project implementation.
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
Manage relationships with key client contacts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with 5-8 years of experience in total within the enterprise software or technology sector.
Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
Proactive and resourceful with a focus on achieving project goals.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Understanding of cloud-based technologies and SaaS products.
Working knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles (basic understanding is sufficient).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, …).
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, strong project management experience can supersede formal education.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
