About the role

  • Customer Program Manager driving successful platform adoption for enterprise clients at Deliverect. Overseeing project management and ensuring cross-functional collaboration for seamless implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful rollout and adoption of our platform across enterprise clients.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, optimising onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless implementation of product deliverables.
  • Enhance the customer journey and mitigate project risk to elevate enterprise satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Asana, Productboard, Jira, …) to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Understand cloud-based technologies and SaaS products to effectively oversee project implementation.
  • Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage relationships with key client contacts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with 5-8 years of experience in total within the enterprise software or technology sector.
  • Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Understanding of cloud-based technologies and SaaS products.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles (basic understanding is sufficient).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, …).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; however, strong project management experience can supersede formal education.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
