Requirements
Native French fluency and working knowledge of English required
Post-secondary diploma in a technical service-related field (computer repair, electronics, technology, diagnostic medical equipment, mechanics, or equivalent)
Willingness to travel within Canada (approximately 60% day trips, 20% requiring overnight stays)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical service environment
Minimum 2 years' experience in selling products and services (repairs, warranties, annual service contracts)
Experience in installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment
Ability to inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness and motivation to learn to stay current with technical changes and internal processes
Technical mindset with strong adaptability and flexibility
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
