About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing technical support to end users

Requirements

  • Native French fluency and working knowledge of English required
  • Post-secondary diploma in a technical service-related field (computer repair, electronics, technology, diagnostic medical equipment, mechanics, or equivalent)
  • Willingness to travel within Canada (approximately 60% day trips, 20% requiring overnight stays)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical service environment
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in selling products and services (repairs, warranties, annual service contracts)
  • Experience in installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment
  • Ability to inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness and motivation to learn to stay current with technical changes and internal processes
  • Technical mindset with strong adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive, professional attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
