About the role

  • Business Strategy Analyst supporting Desjardins growth strategies through data analysis, market research, and business intelligence. Translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of growth strategies and business initiatives through data analysis, market research, and business intelligence
  • Assess business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and generate insights supporting decision-making, business planning, and growth initiatives
  • Work closely with business partners to understand priorities, gather and document requirements, analyze information, and contribute to recommendations and action plans
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, coordinate tactical activities, monitor progress, and measure business impact
  • Analyze stakeholder needs, costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and business opportunities within project scope
  • Identify, document, and communicate business needs and requirements
  • Formalize objectives, support value identification, and model business processes
  • Co-create solutions with users aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze stakeholder impacts and identify internal prerequisites and dependencies
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of solutions and ensure full traceability of requirements
  • Contribute to strategy development and support teams during solution deployment and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of related experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Expert proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Advanced understanding of the DAN (Desjardins Agent Network) landscape
