About the role
- Lead optimizing AI-powered operations, documentation, and sales enablement for StackAdapt’s emerging advertising channels. Driving automation, KPIs, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy for non-programmatic and emerging channels
- Partner with Inventory Development and cross-functional teams to strengthen quality, operational excellence, and go-to-market execution
- Build AI-driven solutions to address operational friction points
- Introduce automation models, prompts, and modern tools into daily workflows
- Increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and optimize efficiency at scale
- Collect and analyze operational data and define KPIs
- Measure initiative impact and efficiency gains to inform executive decision-making
- Establish frameworks for accurate, accessible, and current operational content
- Oversee execution guides, collateral, internal support documentation, and knowledge bases
- Mentor Inventory team members and unblock complex projects
- Use AI to build workflows and eliminate manual, repetitive work
Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, program management, or operational enablement
- Experience launching or scaling a new process, product, or channel
- Proven use of AI tools, prompt engineering, custom workflows, or automation techniques
- Experience structuring and maintaining operational documentation and sales enablement content at scale
- Ability to diagnose workflow inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and quantify impact through data
- Experience driving complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or knowledge relevant to technical skills, education, licensure, and certifications may influence final compensation
