Responsibilities
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
- Assist members and clients who have specialized needs and advise them on specialized products and services
- Discuss organizational realities with external professionals
- Help clients reach their financial goals, develop solutions tailored to their needs, and negotiate terms
- Prospect for, identify and develop new business opportunities
- Balance member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk
- Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in the field
- Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels
- Develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Review special requests for specialized products and services
- Develop integrated offers for Desjardins products and services
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures
- Analyze member/client needs and implement personalized solutions
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
