About the role
- Group Service Representative managing business relationships with clients and promoting services. Handling group insurance plans and ensuring client satisfaction in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle groups greater than 50 employees
- Support assigned clients in terms of managing and administrating group insurance plans
- Establish and maintain client relationships by identifying current or potential needs and promoting client retention
- Advise various partners, stakeholders or clients with regards to the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze and respond to clients' needs, process requests and ensure required follow ups
- Collect, organize and analyze information when adding or modifying plans
- Present to clients and attend client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in group insurance
- Intermediate experience handling large groups with 50+ members
- Intermediate experience with hospitals or public sector
- GBA/CEBS designation
- Knowledge of Group Insurance Benefits
- Knowledge of distribution network
- Must have a valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Available for travel in the Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding area
