About the role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose development teams' issues, challenges and needs on medium- to high-complexity correction requests, IT services and the rollout and post-rollout phases to determine target outcomes.
- Develop and implement objectives, processes, methods, development tools, solutions and action plans.
- Coordinate the delivery of IT solutions.
- Analyze data.
- Conduct studies.
- Make recommendations.
- Write reports.
- Serve as an IT resource person for the business sectors we serve.
- Handle major incidents when required, determine business impacts and coordinate activities with business representatives.
- Document all IT services and applications.
- Provide support to the business sector on strategic, operational and project initiatives.
- Help report and monitor the sector's performance and stability indicators.
- Represent the business sector on projects, initiatives and IT calls.
- Help management define a culture of stability and promote it to IT officers and business sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in ITIL processes, particularly regarding incident and problem management
- Knowledge of the information technology sector
- Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor with pay
