About the role

  • Team Leader coordinating management support and team activities at Desjardins. Supporting talent development and managing operational projects with a focus on performance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support team management by coordinating activities, action plans, and initiatives
  • Coach and guide a team and monitor progress
  • Support talent development and create a positive work environment
  • Make recommendations on the planning and execution of complex projects
  • Help determine the unit’s service offering and ensure project execution meets targets
  • Develop training strategies and action plans for team members
  • Manage the budget and resolve complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Registration with CIRO as an Investment Representative (CIRE and completion of the 30-day training program)
  • French language proficiency required
