Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand
- Ensure operational excellence and an above-and-beyond customer experience
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Debrief the team on key objectives and deliverables
- Analyze KPI reports and coach the team to successfully hit metrics
- Ensure effective communication with the team and store management
- Create a positive brand experience for all stakeholders
- Balance administrative and customer service tasks
Requirements
- Passionate about coffee and sustainability
- Eager to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees
- 2–3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs
- Effective time management and analytical skills
- Ability to stand for an entire workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms
