Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand
- Ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
- Brief and train the team on key objectives and expectations
- Analyze KPI reports and coach the team to achieve metrics
- Ensure effective communication with the team and store management
- Create a positive brand experience for all stakeholders
- Balance administrative duties with customer service tasks
Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- 2–3 years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Demonstrated understanding of and hands-on experience managing KPIs
- Effective time management and strong analytical skills
- Passion for coffee and sustainability, with eagerness to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees
- Ability to stand for an entire workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms
