About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and assistance for IT applications
  • Perform MIC platform administration activities (e.g. server shutdown and start-up, verifying automatic system operations)
  • Perform basic network activities (e.g. reactivating passwords, configuring new users)
  • Manage computer equipment and technological systems
  • Produce and transmit reports concerning problems encountered
  • Analyze equipment needs and propose solutions
  • Support users in optimizing their use of systems and equipment
  • Develop and propose simple training activities for users
  • Ensure the application of standards regarding computer security
  • Manage and update various Web and platform applications

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in computer tools
  • Decision quality, Situational adaptability
