About the role
- HCM & Reporting Analyst supporting Dexterra Group’s Dayforce implementation through reporting, SQL data validation, migration, and Power BI dashboards. Remote role with occasional office trips.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions
- Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data
- Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver workforce insights
- Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards for business decision-making
- Support Dayforce implementation, stabilization, reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Requirements
- Advanced Dayforce reporting experience, including custom report development
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data
- Power BI and advanced Excel expertise
- Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
