About the role
- UX Design Intern opportunity at People Inc., focusing on visual design and complex systems. Engaging in MyRecipes feature updates, design system audits, and UX research.
Responsibilities
- Assist on MyRecipes site feature updates and Food tentpoles
- Assist with making updates to the MyRecipes design system, keeping the system up-to-date and consistent and running audits to identify fixes or enhancements needed
- Get involved with each phase of the UX design process; sketches, wireframes, prototypes/flows, high-fidelity mocks
- Help conduct UX research to evaluate user intent and needs
Requirements
- Strong passion for user experience and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Strong visual design skills, especially visual interface and typography
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on identifying, defining and creating solutions for real user needs
- Proficient in Figma and eagerness to learn new tools.
