Responsibilities
Provide efficient technical service to support product application at customer sites and drive high account satisfaction and retention.
Manage multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory using a variety of product lines.
Provide assistance, information, and support to customers, handle requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver consistent service including repair of DuBois equipment, replacements, installations, chemical testing, inventory management, and provide personalized, value-added service to customers.
Ability to report, document, and communicate findings, abnormal conditions and provide recommendations.
Demonstrate strong technical aptitude by resolving customers’ technical challenges and helping to improve processes.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other cross-functional support staff.
Learn and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators.
Accurately enter all relevant information into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system, including chemical test results, meter readings/set points, inventory level/dosing rate data, GPS position and service time.
Travel to assigned customer sites to perform service audits.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
Must be bilingual in French and English.
More than 2 years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience.
Mechanical aptitude in electrical and plumbing preferred.
Strong time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to understand the company’s products and services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in on-site technical/mechanical testing.
Ability to adapt to various customer needs and situations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft products, CRM systems, and other analytics tools.
Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel.
