Responsibilities
Discover and sign new talent and build relationships with key players in Quebec's influencer and entertainment scene.
Guide your talent in their development, helping them grow visibility and audiences across social media.
Meet (and exceed!) your monthly sales, revenue, and retention targets by securing strong commercial opportunities for your talent.
Lead negotiations and support the execution of campaigns and brand partnerships, always advocating strongly for your talent’s interests.
Propose personal branding strategies and social growth tactics tailored to each talent.
Collaborate with other members of the Dulcedo team on projects to elevate your talent and create memorable partnerships.
Play an active role in onboarding and supporting your talent’s day-to-day experience within the Dulcedo family.
Attend industry events and meetings with your talent, sometimes outside regular business hours, to stay connected and on top of trends.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in an agency or in-house role within digital marketing (influence, social media), PR, or events related to the influencer or Quebec entertainment industries.
Deep knowledge of the Quebec market: you can spot promising talent (rising stars!) and proactively build relationships.
Experience negotiating and managing influencer campaigns, securing advantageous collaborations for your talent.
Established network within PR, media, and brand-side influencer marketing to create strategic partnerships that benefit your roster.
Strong understanding of social platforms, tools, algorithms, and analytics to help your talent increase visibility and grow.
Comfortable reviewing and redlining contracts to protect your talent’s interests and negotiate clear, favorable terms.
Ability to stay calm and adapt in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Natural talent for building authentic relationships and connecting with a wide range of personalities.
Genuine passion for the industry, with the energy and availability required for a demanding role that requires flexibility and constant communication with talent, sometimes outside regular hours.
A degree in business administration, law (a major plus), communications, or marketing is a strong asset.
