About the role

  • Talent Development Manager responsible for training strategy and oversight in health, safety, and facility services. Leading initiatives and supporting program managers in aligning with operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training strategy and program oversight for HSE and Facility Services groups
  • Ensure training initiatives align with operational and regulatory needs
  • Support and develop Talent Development Program managers
  • Manage program demand, capacity, and prioritization
  • Oversee program health and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Talent Development and People & Culture teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of people leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading training initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Health, safety, or operational experience considered a strong asset.
