About the role
- Talent Development Manager responsible for training strategy and oversight in health, safety, and facility services. Leading initiatives and supporting program managers in aligning with operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead training strategy and program oversight for HSE and Facility Services groups
- Ensure training initiatives align with operational and regulatory needs
- Support and develop Talent Development Program managers
- Manage program demand, capacity, and prioritization
- Oversee program health and effectiveness
- Collaborate with Talent Development and People & Culture teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading training initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Health, safety, or operational experience considered a strong asset.
