Salesforce QA Engineer with 10+ years experience in Salesforce testing, automation (Karate/Selenium), and agile methodologies. Remote position based in Toronto, ON.
About the role
- Lead the Quality activities within new product development projects at EnerSys. Support project teams in identifying potential failures and implementing Quality plans in compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality activities within new product development projects
- Support the implementation of Quality mindset to the entire project teams
- Guide the team to identify potential failures in an earlier stages of product development utilizing Quality tools and lessons learned
- Support the identification of project risks and required actions to mitigate them
- Implement and coordinate activities of Advanced Quality Plan inside the new developments
Requirements
- Experience in Electronics, Software Engineering, System Engineering, or System Quality roles
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with embedded systems and electronics
- Solid understanding of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans)
- Experience in risk management within product development
- Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
