About the role

  • Senior Solutions Consultant responsible for ENGIN implementation in utility sectors. Leading technical delivery and ensuring alignment with client objectives in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for ENGIN implementations, expansions, and complex configuration initiatives
  • Translate client asset, reliability, cost, and planning challenges into ENGIN data models, workflows, and analytics configurations
  • Design scalable solutions that balance client-specific needs with product standards and long-term maintainability
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients on asset analytics, planning methodologies, and ENGIN best practices
  • Lead day-to-day delivery activities for assigned client projects
  • Requirements discovery and validation
  • Data ingestion, transformation, and validation
  • Configuration of ENGIN modules and workflows
  • User training and enablement
  • Partner with client technical teams to ensure successful deployment in real operational environments
  • Ensure implementations meet agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
  • Work directly with client practitioners to understand how assets are managed and decisions are made
  • Identify gaps between current workflows and desired future-state analytics
  • Deliver training sessions that enable clients to confidently use ENGIN
  • Support the Client Success Manager by providing deep technical context during client discussions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience working with electric or gas utilities, infrastructure analytics, or enterprise asset management environments
  • Hands-on experience with asset data (health, reliability, risk, cost, performance)
  • Experience implementing or working with enterprise platforms such as EAM, GIS, analytics, or planning tools
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in large, complex data sets
  • Ability to translate ambiguous client problems into structured, implementable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and delivery
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • While deep coding expertise is not required, familiarity with modern data and cloud environments is valuable
