About the role

  • Project Manager leading delivery of large-scale transit and infrastructure projects for clients in Canada. Building long-term client relationships and managing multidisciplinary project teams in the Transportation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public- and private-sector Transportation clients, including municipalities, transit agencies, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Transportation projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Oversee design coordination, technical reviews, and construction-phase services to ensure constructability, compliance, and value.
  • Support early-stage planning that includes estimating, quantity takeoffs, construction sequencing, and bid evaluation.
  • Review project documentation for safety, code compliance, constructability, and value.
  • Drive commercial performance, including risk management, fee management, invoicing, and change control, in coordination with commercial and finance leads.
  • Manage long-term client relationships and portfolio growth plans, identifying new opportunities and ensuring continuity from project to project.
  • Lead major project pursuits in the Transportation sector, coordinating strategy, resources, and team input to position Entuitive effectively with public- and private-sector clients.
  • Collaborate with Pursuit Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Proposal & Marketing team to shape pursuit strategies and deliver high-quality, persuasive submissions.
  • Ensure that both pursuits and client growth efforts are executed with the same discipline, clarity, and follow-through applied to successful project delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams across sectors to support pipeline development, cross-discipline collaboration, and integrated service delivery.
  • Represent Entuitive in client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen our market presence and reinforce our role as a trusted partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural.
  • Licensed professional engineer in the Province of Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia is an asset, but not a requirement.
  • 10 – 15 years minimum related experience in managing transportation projects or in heavy civil construction.
  • PMP certification would be an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with people at all levels including project stakeholders and clients.
  • The ability to effectively work remotely with teams of people who may not be at your location.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on an ongoing basis.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Available for occasional travel to other Entuitive offices in Canada.
