Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings for the International Advisory Committee; prepare briefing notes and track decision-making logs.

Monitor expenditures against the grant budget, specifically tracking media production costs and SME honoraria.
Prepare quarterly reports for the Principal Investigator to support decision making regarding project scale and sustainability.
Navigate UofA IT and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) requirements for the chosen Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage project-related contracts, agreements and invoices, tracking them against the Breakthrough T1D budget, and ensuring compliance with UofA financial policies.
Recruit and manage a pilot group of endocrinology trainees and clinicians for user-acceptance testing.
Oversee the development of the external gateway (website/portal) and marketing materials for the program launch.
Requirements
3+ years in project coordination, preferably within a university or healthcare research setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the SCORM standard is an asset.
Exceptional communication skills to manage busy clinicians and international experts across time zones.
