Responsibilities
- Directly manage aspects of large and complex projects to achieve client satisfaction, quality deliverables, schedule, and budgeting objectives
- Work with our Project Team and Partners to create and execute project execution plans, including work plans, resource plans, risk management plans, etc.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope
- Assume responsibilities for technical and design excellence
- Ensure project documents, including contracts and additional service requests are approved, and filed in accordance with company processes and procedures
- Update project financials on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) using proprietary tools
- Manage project budget and schedule including tracking and reporting of team hours and expenses
- Facilitate and hold regular team and client meetings
- Keep project team well informed of changes and updates
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Experience managing large complex projects (Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Aviation, Transportation, Education, and Justice)
- Demonstrated experience in Alternative Project Delivery models
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Professional designation and/or PMP preferred
- Bachelor or Master's degree in project management, architecture, engineering, interior design, or related field
