About the role
- Project Manager working with key accounts in a creative agency. Responsible for delivering content for social channels, managing teams, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and work across our key accounts.
- Bringing extensive experience in delivering a varied selection of content for distribution in social channels.
- A natural and confident communicator, friendly and approachable with attention to detail and accuracy in all communication.
- Client facing, building good client and third-party relationships will be integral.
- Confident project team manager, rallying the troops and ensuring the internal team meets deadlines.
- Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
- Creating timelines, booking and managing resources ensuring that agency resources are used efficiently.
- Scoping jobs and crafting statements of work.
- Track account health, monitoring project progress, burn rate, budget management, third-party and freelance team management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on operations, team management and project planning.
- Knowledgeable on social platforms formats and guidelines
- Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working, good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes, and enjoy the pace and challenges this brings
- Proactive and good at foreseeing problems, with the ability to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified, propose creative solutions, and know when to escalate issues
- Detail oriented and takes responsibility for fulfilling all components of the project/retainer deliverables
- Confident and positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Strong understanding and experience in managing project financials
- Highly proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini) and Slack. Baseline knowledge of Asana and other PM and A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Workbook
