About the role
- Senior Equifax consultant delivering fraud, identity, AML/KYC, and analytics consulting. Supporting client solutions, sales cycles, demos, proposals, and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and existing clients through pre- and post-sales consulting on technical and analytical solutions
- Support solutions from pre-sales and design through implementation
- Understand model development, strategy analysis, performance reporting and ad-hoc analyses or third-party technical solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in authentication, fraud, identity management and AML/KYC
- Apply knowledge of Equifax solutions, data, fraud trends, industry requirements, system interfaces and business process flows to deliver business insights
- Assess, formulate, develop and present business solutions and technical consulting support for clients
- Create custom demos and prepare proposals with the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Coach sales, technical and business consultants on fraud management techniques
- Monitor fraud trends affecting various industries
- Establish and maintain relationships throughout and beyond the sales cycle
- Contribute to product roadmaps and convey customer requirements with the Identity and Fraud Consulting leader and broader teams
- Attend and speak at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events representing Equifax
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Fraud Management, Authentication and Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer
- 10+ years of experience in the mortgage, government or financial services industry
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting role, leading, facilitating and presenting in meetings
- Strong consultative client management and solution management skills
- Strong negotiating and contracting skills
- Issue management and resolution skills
- Experience in the financial industry including cards, auto and mortgage and government is an advantage
- Experience in public speaking is an advantage
- Experience writing white papers is an asset
- ACAMS and/or CFE is an advantage
- Bilingual in English and French is an advantage
- Graduate Degree is an advantage
