About the role

  • AI adoption operations intern supporting EQ Bank’s enterprise training, certification tracking, workshops, and communications. Contributing to AI literacy and transformation at Canada’s Challenger Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for AI training programs, including scheduling, participant tracking, and certificate assignment
  • Set up and organize training workshops with external vendors and internal facilities, including room bookings, calendar invites, and materials preparation
  • Track program enrollment, completion rates, and certification status across all training tiers
  • Create and run internal communication campaigns to promote AI training programs, adoption milestones, and enablement resources across Viva Engage, email, and SharePoint
  • Maintain and update AI enablement content on internal SharePoint sites and communication platforms
  • Support development of training materials, quick reference guides, and promotional assets for AI programs
  • Assist with operational processes within the AI Centre of Enablement, including intake tracking, status reporting, and documentation upkeep
  • Gather and summarize participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support event coordination for AI-related workshops, lunch-and-learns, and community sessions
  • Report to the Manager, AI Enablement
  • Collaborate with the AI Centre of Enablement team and internal departments including Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, IT, and Operations
  • Interact with external vendors and training partners
  • Escalate issues when necessary and complete time-sensitive functions before deadlines
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements in enablement operations

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and enterprise digital transformation
  • Comfort working with data, such as tracking spreadsheets and participation dashboards
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with graphic design tools, such as Canva, or internal communication platforms is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is considered an asset
