About the role
- Senior Software Architect shaping scalable, secure multi-tenant SaaS platforms for government agencies. Leading cloud architecture, technology selection, compliance, and engineering teams at Euna Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications for government agencies
- Provide technical leadership on complex architectural challenges
- Balance immediate delivery with long-term scalability and maintainability
- Lead technology selection across frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with engineering leadership, product managers, and stakeholders on technical requirements, integrations, and roadmaps
- Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards, including SOC2 and PCI
- Guide and mentor engineering teams on SaaS development, deployment, and architectural best practices
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software architect focused on SaaS products, preferably in government or the public sector
- Hands-on expertise with AWS or Azure
- Strong command of microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Python, PHP, or JavaScript and associated frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with API development, integration patterns, and secure data exchange protocols
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into SaaS applications (nice to have)
- Background in DevSecOps and security-first architectural design (nice to have)
- Experience implementing identity management and access control systems for government applications (nice to have)
- AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification (nice to have)
