Responsibilities

- present design concepts and strategic direction to leadership and stakeholders
- maintain a focus on accessibility, performance, and usability standards
- evolve and expand Eventbase’s design system
- lead or collaborate on user research and usability testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience (with minimum 2+ on mobile apps)
- a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual craft across mobile and web applications
- a proven ability to take ownership from concept to delivery
- deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- experience shaping and evolving design systems
- strong grasp of native iOS and Android design standards
- skilled at cross-functional collaboration
- a track record of mentoring and elevating other designers
- excellent communication and storytelling skills
