Responsibilities
Update and quality-check training materials, documents, presentations, and communications for accuracy, consistency, branding, and accessibility
Organize files and identify the most current versions clearly
Support the weekly Sales Newsletter by coordinating, editing, formatting, and validating submissions
Maintain current, well-organized SharePoint content and accurate training records
Manage competing deadlines, communicate progress, raise issues early, and seek additional work once priorities are on track
Support sales professionals with tools, training, communications, and insights
Collaborate with subject matter experts and partners across EDC
Build practical skills in content development, stakeholder coordination, and digital collaboration
Requirements
Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated within the past year from, an undergraduate or master’s program in a relevant field
Relevant fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce, and International Business
Bilingual in English and French
Must meet requisite government security screening requirements
Ability to work legally in Canada at the time of application
Related co-op or work experience is an asset
Strong work ethic, initiative, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through
Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
Microsoft 365 skills; Canva or Adobe experience is an asset
Financial services or federal Crown corporation experience is an asset
