Responsibilities
- Deliver quality assurance services to clients and their stakeholders
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Assess client satisfaction and maintain contact throughout the year
- Direct daily fieldwork and inform supervisors of engagement status
- Manage staff performance
- Adapt audit approaches to changing client environments
- Apply complex accounting and auditing concepts to client situations
- Delegate tasks and develop people through guidance
- Provide performance feedback and training and conduct performance reviews
- Foster an efficient, innovative, team-oriented work environment
- Contribute ideas and respond to team members’ views
- Use technology to learn, share knowledge, and enhance service delivery

Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
- Undergraduate or graduate degree
- Canadian CPA designation or equivalent reciprocal designation, or currently completing the Canadian CPA designation
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an auditor for a public accounting firm, or particular business/industry experience to meet special needs
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
