Responsibilities
Play a key role in driving growth within the Indigenous agriculture and agri-food sector in Canada
Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly while identifying potential sales opportunities
Deliver a strong customer experience by managing requests efficiently and adding value in each interaction
Attend customer meetings and marketing events to strengthen partnerships and promote FCC
Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and stakeholders
Support prospecting activities and collaborate with the sales team to prioritize actions that drive business growth
Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing customer accounts, strengthening relationships, and delivering a seamless customer experience
Requirements
A degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in financial services, lending, or a related customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of relationship management principles and customer service practices
Solid understanding of lending environments and financial services
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in communication, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and professional partners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to sales growth through customer interactions
