About the role

Head of Product leading product vision for a fintech bridging traditional finance and digital assets. Driving strategy and managing a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Fiat Republic’s long-term commercial objectives and revenue potential
Function as a key pillar alongside the VP of Engineering and Head of Delivery to ensure a seamless flow from ideation to deployment
Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Compliance, and Finance to ensure our product remains compliant, competitive, and commercially viable
Lead discovery workshops using the desirability, viability, and feasibility framework to ensure we are building features that customers actually need
Manage strategic relationships with banking providers and compliance tool vendors

7+ years in software product management with a strong focus on API-first products and developer experience (DX)
Proven experience in people management is essential
Deep, fundamental understanding of how money moves including SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, or ledger accounting
You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable getting your hands dirty while building a department
Ability to build and line-manage the Product organization, including Product Managers and Designers
