About the role
- Product Manager developing and evolving commercial charging offers at FLO. Collaborating with technology and operations partners in the electric vehicle charging ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EVSE partners
- Translate partners’ capabilities into clear, scalable product offerings
- Integrate partner solutions into the FLO network ecosystem
- Contribute to the rapid growth of the public charging network
- Identify, evaluate and select strategic EVSE partners (Level 2 and DC fast charging)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners
- Define joint product strategies and integration roadmaps
- Negotiate agreements, product capabilities and long-term alignment
- Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions
- Define and evolve standardized, scalable offerings
- Define commercial terms and conditions (T&C) related to products and services
- Structure costs, positioning and offering models
- Evolve the product portfolio and commercial roadmap
- Lead the integration of partner solutions into the FLO ecosystem
- Ensure end-to-end performance (reliability, availability, scalability)
- Collaborate with other product managers to deliver complete solutions
- Work with internal teams (deployment, network operations, sales, customer support)
- Optimize and standardize processes according to partner capabilities
- Develop guides, tools and training to support growth
- Define and track partner performance metrics
- Define product positioning and ensure clear market differentiation
- Translate capabilities into compelling customer messages
- Develop high-quality sales and marketing materials
- Support sales teams (training, tools, enablement)
- Incorporate market feedback to evolve offerings
- Collaborate with partners to monitor performance and align roadmaps
- Work with sales on go-to-market strategies and key opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on integration and performance
- Work with network operations on asset visibility and control
- Collaborate with the supply chain to optimize processes
- Define and adjust product offerings and positioning
- Analyze network performance and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Strong experience in product management
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple products (from design to go-to-market and evolution)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field
- Experience with products that integrate hardware and software
- Fluent in French and English, essential for interacting with external anglophone partners, including manufacturers and technology suppliers
- Strong ability to influence without direct authority
- Ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Results-oriented with measurable business impact
