About the role

  • FP&A Director analyzing financial data, building forecasts, and supporting strategic decisions at Fresche Solutions, a technology services company. Leading budgeting, reporting, pricing support, and M&A due diligence across business units.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of key performance metrics and trends across multiple business units
  • Own the monthly close Book used to communicate results and analysis to Executive leadership, the Board, and investors
  • Build, refine, and maintain financial models and forecasting tools aligned with business objectives and growth strategies
  • Lead the budgeting process using financial trends, market conditions, and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate across departments to link financial data with operational and performance metrics
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and metrics for audit compliance and accuracy
  • Provide strategic financial insights to executives and department heads for planning and decision-making
  • Support sales transaction profitability evaluations on an ad hoc basis
  • Support M&A due diligence efforts when necessary
  • Drive adoption of best practices in financial data analytics and reporting
  • Evaluate and introduce AI-enabled data tools and technologies to automate analysis and forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically in FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis
  • Experience preferably in the tech, managed services, and/or professional services industry
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Keen understanding of data bridging techniques
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Ability to effectively utilize AI tools such as Claude to repetitively produce desired outcomes
  • Proven experience with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or MS Dynamics
  • Ability to integrate data from different platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and audit-level approach to financial data accuracy and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, executives, and investors
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • MBA highly preferred
