About the role
- Full-Stack Software Developer at gaiia enhancing cloud infrastructure and optimizing public APIs for better developer experience. Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the availability, performance and security of our cloud infrastructure.
- Build internal libraries and DevOps guidelines to help Engineering squads own and maintain their infrastructure.
- Craft and optimize our public APIs to provide a stellar developer experience to our technical customers.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines and platforms used by both internal teams and external customers.
- Research and develop technical solutions and best practices that improve squads' development, release and maintenance experience.
- Collaborate with all development squads.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience in the Javascript web ecosystem (Typescript is a big advantage).
- At least five (5) years of experience designing, deploying and maintaining high-availability systems in the cloud.
- You can deal with uncertainty and bring order to fuzzy challenges.
- You have an outgoing and collaborative personality, eager to work with different stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- You have a strong product mindset.
- Experience with public API design (GraphQL is a big advantage).
