About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for both the health and engagement of your team, as well as the quality of system-level validation.
- You will work closely with developers, product managers and other QA teams to align priorities, plan validation efforts and ensure confident, high-quality deliveries.
- Define and guide system test strategies across delivery cycles.
- Translate project scope and identified risks into clear, actionable validation plans.
- Identify and remove obstacles that could affect the quality or execution of validation activities.
- Ensure the quality of test results and reported issues.
- Document, track and communicate the progress of test activities and results to the team and management.
Requirements
- Experience in software testing (system, integration or end-to-end testing).
- Experience managing or mentoring a technical team composed of people with varying levels of expertise.
- Strong interest in leadership, delivery ownership and continuous improvement.
- Ability to operate in complex systems and environments composed of multiple components.
- Sound judgment in prioritization, risk assessment and depth of validation.
- Ability to balance technical and practical contexts along with managerial responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mobilize and align diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with our international colleagues and clients).
