About the role
- Software Developer using TypeScript and React/Next.js to implement portal UI for GIGA IT. Working remotely on a multidisciplinary team with a focus on web performance and component reuse.
Responsibilities
- Implement portal UI (landing page and journeys) using reusable components
- Consume governed APIs and robustly handle state and errors
- Integrate authentication and authorization (tokens, sessions, and roles) according to CIAM, session management, protected routes, and redirects
- Create tests (unit, integration, and basic end-to-end) and support stabilization
Requirements
- TypeScript + React/Next.js
- Server-side rendering (SSR) and thread generation (SSG)
- Web performance
- HTTP, error handling, JWT/session by design
- Git, basic CI/CD, debugging
