About the role
- MOVE Coach delivering fitness programming and support for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities. Collaborating with community partners to enhance physical activity experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver an exceptional fitness program for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities
- Collaborate with other MOVE Coaches and Supervisors
- Create and develop workout plans
- Build and maintain positive relationships with MOVE Participants and Community Partners
- Respond to MOVE Participants and Caregiver feedback
Requirements
- Passion for working with youth with disabilities
- Experience delivering fitness classes
- Reliable transportation
- Current nationally recognized Group Fitness/Coaching certification
- Current CPR-A certification
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
