About the role
- Contrôleur(e) de projets chez Qualtech, responsable du contrôle et de l'analyse des budgets au sein d'une équipe dédiée aux projets industriels en forte croissance.
Responsibilities
- Structurer et analyser les budgets de projets (100K à 2M$ et plus)
- Identifier les écarts et lever les drapeaux au bon moment
- Produire des rapports clairs, synthétiques et pertinents
- Participer aux revues de projets et aux analyses de performance
- Assurer la facturation complète d’un projet majeur (253M$)
- Être la personne-ressource EPICOR
- Former les chargés de projets
- Optimiser les outils Excel et tableaux de bord
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus
- Vulgariser l’information financière
- Publier des communications internes (journal de projets)
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux avant et après les rencontres
Requirements
- Environ 5 ans d’expérience en contrôle de projets ou en gestion financière de projets industriels
- Très à l’aise avec Excel (formules avancées, logique, structure)
- Bilingue français / anglais (utilisation quotidienne ~50%)
- Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et structuré(e)
- Capacité à poser des questions et d’aller au fond des choses
- Capable d’être exigeant(e) tout en restant collaboratif(ve)
- Curieux(se) et en apprentissage continu
