About the role
- Engineering Manager for Grafana's Backend team oversees distributed engineers to enhance the Grafana platform. Focus on delivery, collaboration, and managing technical team dynamics across projects.
Responsibilities

- Assist in removing blockers and facilitating collaboration
- Set milestones and communicate delivery timelines
- Collaborate with cross-team efforts
- Focus on evolving the backend of the Grafana product
Requirements
