- Clinical Pharmacist creating expert pharmacy scenarios and gold-standard evaluations for Gramian Consultancy’s advanced AI training systems. Reviewing medication safety, dosing, interactions, and clinical accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Create expert-level clinical pharmacy tasks based on realistic patient and medication scenarios
- Develop gold-standard solutions covering pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, and medication safety
- Author cases involving patient chart review, medication reconciliation, adverse reactions, and therapeutic recommendations
- Review AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and practical relevance
- Evaluate renal and hepatic dosing adjustments, therapeutic drug monitoring, and multi-drug regimens
- Identify drug-related problems, contraindications, interactions, and inappropriate medication use
- Verify that lab values, medication profiles, and clinical scenarios are realistic and medically sound
- Apply established evaluation rubrics and grading standards consistently
- Incorporate calibration feedback and refine task designs as required
- Maintain consistent quality across assigned deliverables and project milestones
Requirements
- Approximately 3–8 years of professional pharmacy experience in retail, hospital, clinical, or comparable settings
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a regionally equivalent professional pharmacy qualification
- Active professional pharmacist license in the candidate’s practicing jurisdiction
- Strong practical knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication-management principles
- Experience with drug-drug and drug-food interaction screening
- Experience with renal/hepatic dosing adjustments and therapeutic drug monitoring
- Ability to review complex patient charts and identify medication-related problems
- Strong written English for clinical scenarios, medication reviews, and structured evaluations
- At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap
- Short-term contractor assignment lasting 9 weeks
