Head of MCP shaping DNV’s North American marketing, communications, and public-affairs strategy for energy-transition services. Leading regional teams, campaigns, budgets, stakeholder relations, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and set the MCP strategy, annual initiatives, and tactics plan for North America based on market data and customer analytics
Improve customer and stakeholder relations and increase quality leads
Promote cross-selling by incorporating the needs of Global Business Units, ventures, and segments
Advise the Regional Director on marketing, internal and external communications, and public affairs
Lead a team of customer-focused marketing communications managers
Monitor and regularly report Regional MCP KPIs to measure return on investment
Define and monitor the regional MCP budget and resources
Participate in the regional leadership team and regular meetings
Embed global positioning, campaigns, trends, tools, systems, and messaging in the region
Ensure premium brand quality and execution of regional MCP plans within deadlines, budget, and global standards
Identify regional opportunities and create solutions and creative campaigns
Adapt global campaigns to regional customer needs and interests
Requirements
Relevant education at Bachelor's level or higher
Minimum 10 years of experience and expertise in marketing and communications
Experience in managing people preferred
Strategic marketing and communications expertise with a commercial mindset
Experience connecting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Organization skills to meet deadlines and manage limited resources
Ability to work in a highly structured way and comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines
Analytical, digital, and data-focused capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience and familiarity with the culture and differences within the region
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Strong influencing and senior advisory skills
