Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and financial support for the program
  • Monitors, evaluates, and reports on various programs
  • Collects and analyses data; prepares reports
  • Assists in the design and compilation of data into reports
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversees accounts receivable work orders
  • Acts as a liaison on accounts receivable issues
  • Prepares training and presentation materials
  • Assists with monitoring and reporting of KPIs
  • Maintains accurate records
  • Liaises with management and outside contractors
  • Records, transcribes, and maintains minutes of meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business operations
  • Two-Year College Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Previous administrative experience in a customer service capacity
  • Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge
  • Knowledge of computer applications in a Windows environment
  • Ability to input data accurately
  • Excellent people skills with an emphasis on customer service
  • Experience explaining regulations and by-laws
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Ontario "G" license with access to a personal vehicle
