Responsibilities
Provides administrative and financial support for the program
Monitors, evaluates, and reports on various programs
Collects and analyses data; prepares reports
Assists in the design and compilation of data into reports
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
Oversees accounts receivable work orders
Acts as a liaison on accounts receivable issues
Prepares training and presentation materials
Assists with monitoring and reporting of KPIs
Maintains accurate records
Liaises with management and outside contractors
Records, transcribes, and maintains minutes of meetings
Requirements
Proven experience in business operations
Two-Year College Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
Previous administrative experience in a customer service capacity
Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Knowledge of computer applications in a Windows environment
Ability to input data accurately
Excellent people skills with an emphasis on customer service
Experience explaining regulations and by-laws
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Ontario "G" license with access to a personal vehicle
