Responsibilities
Responsible for review and approval of complex development applications and projects
Provide mentorship and guidance in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Ensure infrastructure is designed according to guidelines with minimal disruption
Develop quality services in a timely, cost-effective manner
Track financial and servicing data related to development projects
Requirements
University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario
Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of municipal infrastructure design and construction principles
Knowledge of the Planning Act and municipal service extensions
Class 'G' Driver’s License required
