Responsibilities
Develop workplace health promotion content and presentations for corporate clients
Serve as the primary contact for assigned health promotion customers
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to support client needs
Recommend health and wellness resources based on customer requirements
Support vendor and contractor engagement under the direction of the Manager, Health Promotions
Assist with the planning and delivery of workplace health and wellness projects and initiatives
Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in a corporate, health promotion, wellness, or related field
Strong customer service orientation with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience within the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) industry is considered an asset
Education in Workplace Health Promotion or a related field preferred
