Responsibilities
Design innovative media strategies in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to our clients and internal colleagues.
Ensure sound management of campaigns with other Glassroom experts (activation, performance, data management).
Organize and facilitate collaborative working sessions with clients and partners to strengthen the strategic thinking behind campaigns.
Ensure strict adherence to campaign budgets of varying complexity.
Manage media creative projects hand-in-hand with the activation team.
Conduct in-depth research in media databases to decode target consumer behavior, and actively participate in the strategic optimization of ongoing campaigns.
Stay up to date on trends (consumer, digital, industry) to seize new opportunities, while maintaining excellent relationships with media partners in the market.
Requirements
A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a similar media agency role, including at least 2 years as a media planner.
A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of online and offline media ecosystems, as well as familiarity with data research platforms (e.g., Comscore, Vividata, Infosys, etc.).
Excellent proficiency with MS Office and the Google Workspace environment.
Impeccable command of French and a strong working knowledge of English (spoken and written).
