Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end production process, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution.

Create and maintain implementation plans, work-back schedules, and vendor communications.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including coordinating services and issuing purchase orders.
Mentor and support junior team members, particularly Project Coordinators.
Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, or experiential marketing (or a similar project-based environment).
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, with a basic understanding of structural mechanics.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
Solid understanding of production materials, trade show regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
