About the role

Parking Attendant supporting Indigo's parking management and urban mobility operations. Providing directions, customer service, parking enforcement, equipment assistance, and lot maintenance.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with general information and directions
Direct patients, visitors, staff, and others to appropriate parking areas
Conduct on-foot/electric scooter parking enforcement throughout parking lots
Monitor compliance with parking regulations and address unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles according to company policies
Take ownership and leadership of overall parking operations for assigned locations
Assist customers in person and remotely with automated parking equipment
Complete and assist with minor equipment repairs
Maintain cleanliness of parking equipment
Clean work and parking areas, including key sanitization, litter pickup, wiping touch points, and dusting
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other assigned tasks

High school diploma or equivalent
High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work in an outdoor environment
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools for making repairs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Employment conditional on successfully passing a criminal record check
Successful candidates required to submit a Criminal Background and Driver abstract check
