About the role
- iOS Engineer developing applications for B2B ecommerce solutions at Instacart. Playing a key role in platform enhancement and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance iOS applications used by business clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve the enterprise-grade platform.
- Participate in project roadmaps to create user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure high standards of software quality.
- Work on strategic initiatives that enhance our platform’s capabilities and business value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile development, Software Engineering or related experience.
- Experience developing iOS applications.
- Experience with iOS fundamentals, including Swift, Swift UI, RxSwift etc.
- Solid communicator, comfortable seeking and receiving feedback.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with agentic coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor & ability to leverage tools to accelerate delivery & impact.
- A collaborative mindset to be able to partner with engineers, designers, and PMs from multiple teams to co-create impactful solutions while supporting system contributions.
