Responsibilities
- Take ownership of meaningful product and technical problems, driving them from early ambiguity through to thoughtful, high-quality delivery that improves how clinics communicate with their patients
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product partners, and designers to shape solutions, share context early, and keep work aligned as priorities evolve
- Contribute across the stack, stepping into front end, backend, or systems work as needed to move projects forward and support your team
- Continuously improve how we work by identifying opportunities to simplify, experiment, and iterate on both our product and our development practices
- Support and mentor others on the team, helping raise the bar through thoughtful feedback, knowledge sharing, and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with the ability to independently drive medium-complexity projects from idea to completion
- Experience working across the stack (frontend, backend, and systems), with depth in at least one area and comfort learning in others
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work tied to real customer or business outcomes, not just technical improvements
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating clearly about tradeoffs, risks, and progress
- A track record of mentoring or supporting other developers and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented team environment
